By car From Leeds City Centre take the A58M/A64 signposted Wetherby/York. Follow the A64 out of Leeds, past Great Clothes on your right. Take the slip road at Benfield Ford and take the 2nd exit off the roundabout. Then take the first left onto Torre Road and first left again onto Glenthorpe Crescent. The Gym is as the top of the road and we are on the first floor. By bus The following buses stop outside the gym on York Road: 18 Garforth 18A Colton 37 Halton Moor 56 Whinmoor 40 Seacroft The gym is a full time martial arts gym of approximately 2,500 sq. ft. Facilities include two boxing rings, punchbags, two matted training areas and a fitness room. We also have separate male and female changing rooms with showers.
